All standard rates are a one hour minimum charge. Additional time over the one hour minumum will be billed in one-half hour increments, rounded up or down and based from the nearest 15-minute increment. Billable time includes only that time which is spent doing the service. All service rates are based on one piece of equipment (PC, laptop, router, etc.) for any computer service, one domain for web development, and one person for training.
